    My entire adventures set changed over to the new system except for the leggings, which have stayed on the past updates way of showing the armor. Does anyone know why this glitch is happening?

    This is a mistake, it will be fixed soon.
    One of the admins made a typo in which item needed to be transferred, and because of that it didn't transfer the Pants. It will get fixed soon and you won't have to do anything.
