    Wynn has a strict no refund policy. and you can just buy a stabsand off the market for like 32 eb.

    Nobody can help you. There's a strict no-refund policy.


    Though, actually, you could buy another one off the trade market. There are better weapons out there too, just get buy one from the in-game merchants and kill mobs till you get one.

    I'm sorry , but there is no refund strict policy :(
    A lot of players lost plenty of items due to glitches/bugs/and unfair timing out but Adkins can't refund anyone.
    But players can help u by donating money to restore ur weapon if u want.

    I feel your pain, I've lost a bob's mythic spear due to fire and bought another one for 6-7 le... Still, no refund policy, level up, get better and get better items
