    I see all of Wynncraft texture, but not the End Dragon Bar with all the names of the places u know how to fix this?

    As far as I know, you have to be in a guild to see the bar, or to have someone drop an xp bomb.
    If you are in a guild, chances are, they kicked you out.

    That bar with the places is actually the guild bar, showing the territories names and which guild has it, so if you are in a guild you can see that bar, but the reason it exists is so you know which territory to attack, etc. The territories only exist in the Wynn province, so you wouldn't see the names of places in Gavel, and therefore joining a guild just to see them is unnecessary.
