I think the SP could be loosened up a bit. It seems to be rather tight.

You forget the 20intel third eye

 

Owh wait nvm all you need is 10 intel total on third eye+seipodon to reach the 100 intel req for the dia hydro necklace.
The extra intel is just nice to have but not required.

The reason why wynndata says '0sp leftover' is cause you must/need to assign all 200sp you have at lvl 101 to be able to wear this build.

Use gold hydro if you need SPs. 1 less Mana Regen for far more SP wiggle room.

 

10sp total on seipodon+third eye isn't hard tho

I've got all positive defenses except for air which is neutral, 16k 2 mana bombs, 20+ sp leftover, 11k hp, and a pretty good 13 mana regen! (if you're lucky)
