    When casting the Aura spell, if you are within the radius of the Aura, you will regain HP.

    Sacrificial Shrine will not kill you, it stops draining your health when you have like 2% of your max HP, I forget exactly how much

    But as others have stated, be sure to fully ready ability descriptions as often their full effects are explicitly stated. Using Aura will drain 15% of your Blood Pool (per totem, not per Aura Wave) to restore your health. You need to be inside of the totem range so Aura actually hits you in order to recover health
