Account reset

Hi, I haven't played for a while and now when I started my game, my account has nothing. It's like my first time playing on the server, but I was level 30+. Could anyone help me with this issue?

While it is possible- though unlikely- this is a bug, as I've known people who have lost discovery data and tomes, the far more likely situation here is someone accessed your account. Re-secure your passwords, avoid sharing any info as much as possible, and enable 2FA.

As for items and progress, this is unfortunately impossible, due to the no-refund policy, though you can email support for any store purchases.
