Accidently Removed The Guild

Hi, my name is MythicalSora, and I'm the captain of the Brotherion guild. Our guild leader, Kiau, changed his name (it was iBeauGaming) and he wasn't the owner anymore. But when I send him another invite, he joined and the guild was disbanded. I have a screenshot where you can see that Kiau disbanded the guild although it was caused due to the fact that he wasn't a guild member in our list.. We've worked several months to gather the 5 liquid emeralds and everything is gone now. Is there a way to get it back? Because iBeauGaming (now Kiau) didn't want to disband the guild.

First time I've seen this for guilds but I'm pretty sure no refund policy still applies, not sure though.
