Absent guild leader

So I have this really old guild (from 2014 maybe created on the day guilds were added)

My friend created the guild and is currently the guild leader, and has been since 2014.
But sadly he passed away a few years ago, and I do not know his password to his account.

So if there was a way to make my account the leader, instead of him.
If possible I still want him in the guild but as captain (just to still have his account in the guild)
I could make a new guild and just add all my other friends, but I want to have his account in the guild, and i also want to keep it since the guild was created in 2014.

you should contact an admin on this.
I can think of no one else who would have the ability to help you otherwise
