About Wynncraft Timeline

Yesterday I did the quest "Recipe for disaster" again. We can find out that chef Hamsey is The cook the player met when the player first arrived at Ragni at 1000AP. I assume the cook started his adventure after the player met him in Ragni and opened the Sky's Kitchen in Ahmsord some years later. However , we can see the Sky's Kitchen has been winning Golden Spoon award since 994AP. I want to ask , how? Wasn't Sky's Kitchen first existed after 1000AP?Maybe i am missing something due to Hamsey's French accent.

 

according to an ahmsord citizen (https://wynncraft.fandom.com/wiki/Citizen#Ahmsord), it seemingly was not opened in 1000 ap after cook assistant, but used to be there before that and was reopened when hamsey got back from ragni, as seen here:

so i'd assume the 994 ap golden spoon is just from before hamsey went to ragni
