    Q #1: Is there any way to add an element to a weapon that doesn't have it?

    Q #2: I sometimes see a number of "Slots" on a weapon. Are these used for identification?

    Q #1: No, Maybe in the future when Powders are released?
    Q #2: These slots are for Powders. These aren't out yet though.

    the slots are for the powders. im assuming its going to be like every other MMO and the slots dictate how many powders you can add. items like the empire builder(8 slots) will allow you to customize your weapons a ton
