About Auction (frag?)

If the item price is like this:

Starting bid : 2 le
Min inc : 5 le
Buyout : 64 le

Can you win if you offer more than 59 le?
(min inc is 5 le so no one can bid...)

 

I think the next person to bid would simply hit the buyout threshold, and get the item for 64 LE.

 

They could just overshoot buyout. Sometimes buyout is exemp to min bids

 

This. Buyout is buyout, not matter the increment. If you're willing to pay the buyout, you can get the item with no competition.

But there's always people who delete the thread and re-make the auction with a higher buyout once they realize the item is on high demand.

 

If the item is bought and sold before that, it doesn't matter. If it isn't, it's just bad luck

 

Depends on what the person running the auction thinks. We don't have rules laid out for how to do an auction.
