A Unfair Store Charceback Ban

about a jear ago i was banned on wynncraft for store chargeback. i dont really know what that means'
but if it had something to do whit my VIP+ I wanna say one thing, i really paid for that so i think it is unfair
if you could tell me what happend i would be very happy

Has VIP+ really been out for a year? Feels like it's been so much less time than that.

Can you send us a screenshot of your screen when you try to log in? That'll help identify the problem and help solve it.

 

I think store chargeback is when you ask to get back the money you donated.

Other than two automatic messages, with conflicting advice, I have no idea what could have happened here. In any event, @RedKingNL , I believe that your best route to find out if there is anything that you can do, is to contact [email protected] . Give them as much information as you can about what may have caused this. Please don't expect them to reply in less than 7 days, as they will have to research your case, and, if you did run a charge-back against the server, don't expect to ever get unbanned. WynnCraft isn't alone on this position, it's pretty much standard for any game server.
