    Secondly, does anyone know how much sp a libra must have to be considered as a good amount?

    30+ is usable, but I think you need 35+ to sell. Not too sure

    More of a question for trade market but
    ^35+ typically is the only time it will sell (maybe slightly less if the damages are very good-godly)
