    When I use the spell Ice Snake it doesn't seem to slow / freeze mobs or players like it's supposed to. Is this a bug or is it intended?

    I think you gain the ability for that later on with an upgrade

    I'm at level 67, therefore I have all possible upgrades for the mage class. :P

    This seems to be a bug. The dev team has mostly likely seen it and are working on a fix.

    Yeah same with archer's Bomb Arrow, mobs don't get slowed down from it.
