SPOILER A Question About Aldorie's Secret Part Ii

I'm at the point where I can fight a guy for money, or leave unharmed. what happens if I fight the guy, as opposed to leaving unharmed?

 

at what point do you fight someone for money in this quest..?
do you mean the choice at the end?

 

Oh yeah I remember this. It depends on what you did on Part I, for example, if you went down "the more worthy path" and got the Elven Medallion, then fighting the guy is useless except for grinding (the guy actually gives good xp). If you got the Medallion, then you have to leave unharmed or just continuously fight him over and over and over and over and over and over again without any result.

I got the medallion so I left unharmed.

 

I got the money in part one. Then I did the command that gave back missing quest itmz and then I got the medallion. I like hacking :3

 

Same here, I accidentally chose the wrong person in Part I and had lost the paper, so when I did /fix quests and got the medallion, this is how I felt:
