A problem with Monument of Hope

I see this has been an issue for a while but still, none of the recommended solutions work for me.

At the last parkour block (which should launch you upwards), it doesn't.
Using movement skills to go on top of the monolith after results in the message "The monolith deems you not worthy" or something like that. Could this be due to me not being fast enough, since I'm a Shaman, and totem flying still isn't really the best for scaling vertical obstacles? Is this purely a skill issue, or is this an actual issue with the secret discovery itself?

I've tried /class, reconnecting, revisiting this secret discovery after a couple of days just to be sure, and movement skills (as I mentioned earlier), but still nothing.

Any recommendations on how to fix this? I'm on a mission to complete the entire quest book so this is kinda crucial for this goal.
