    Too poor to get a Jera or a Pelier? This build should do it, but you gotta be Level 99 to use it.
    The most expensive thing in this build is probably either Knucklebones or Pirate Luck. Diamond Dust is easy to get and the others are either quest rewards or some shit.

    Also I got a Stratiformis from my Daily Rewards Chest with this build so..

    LB doesnt effect the daily loot chest, you just got lucky

    pelier, ddude, jera, PLuck, knuck, PoP, and if you dont want -hpr, use Fehu, not to put this down or anything, but if you van get most of the generic loot bonus build, why not go the full way
