Mage/Dark Wizard A lv 100 war build?

Well I have asked that before but I don't get what I wanted.
Isn't mage's use in wars are only as healers and meteor dmg are nothing? Although you can say a tstack singu build will work as dps, but I can't afford a singu so I want a war build that maximize the healing potential of mage.
The only reqs are no mythic and crafted.
I am currently using Morph The Nothing (well, the best non mythic dmg wand in my opinion) and KOH for healing. Thanks.
Edit: I am also looking for a raid build because I found that Morph is not really good in terms of ehp and again, I don’t get what I wanted as some one reply Morph The Nothing will be fine and didn’t give any advice about what I actually need.
