A lot of lag spikes

I've been playing Wynncraft for a while now, it's always been a bit laggy (no offence to the developers of course), but recently it's been getting out of control. There is a lag spike all the time, the mobs always move in a 'stop-motion' of sort, the game doesn't register me moving, and sometimes when I'm near mobs' because of that they attack me at once after the lag spike has ended and I die. It isn't a problem with my internet (I think), it's around 90mps and my ping is 150-200ms. Is it a problem with the server or with me? If it's a problem with me, how do I fix it?

Yeah the servers are terrible lately earlier I had a lag spike so bad it resembled the manakin challenge with stagnant arrows in the air everywhere xD
