A Hunter's Calling Still Bugged...

I have already created this report half a year or more ago, but it seems to have been deleted over time. The problem is that I'm in Stage 16 according to the Quest Book. However, I had already done everything up to Stage 19. I did that shortly before a server restart. But when I came back to the server after the restart, I was back at Stage 16. The ??? NPC already has the stage 19 dialog but my quest book stays at stage 16. Even if I go to the Iron Golem Fabric, as the quest on stage 16 requires of me, it does not update. And when I go to Stage 19 in Rodoroc, it doesn't update either and is stuck. When I first created this report, I was told to wait for the 1.20 update, then it will be fixed. It's out now, but the quest is still bugged and my first report has been deleted.
Can someone help me? Please. It is my last quest and i waited for so long to finally finish it... I also already created a report again a month ago, but I don't want to have to wait that long again just to find out at the end that my thread was deleted again.
