it's alright, but on sitis i'd prefer to focus 90% on building mana steal rather than trying to build both mana steal and mana regen.

if you just replace aquarius with soulflare, you get only like 300 less spins, but 1.3k more hp and also extra sp into def which is neat https://wynndata.tk/s/msGdYx
