Assassin/Ninja Help A Build For My Assassin

So Basically, I kinda need a build for my assassin. What i'd like is a heavy melee and spell build with decent hp and alright mobility, doesn't need to have too much walk speed or walk speed at all. And it can be for any level. And I'd also really like it if someone made it have a midgame version of the build suggested (Levels 60-75) if possible. Kinda like the mana regen spell mage build (Third Eye, Aquarius/Soul Signal, Crystal, Statue or Memento for Endgame) and (Any Regen helmet, Millenium, Crystal, Sodeta Boots for Midgame), etc. But I'd just really be happy if someone can make a build with both a endgame and midgame version of the build. oh yea and I'd prefer no mythics since I am too lazy to find mythics.

thanks a ton, i will try it out later. But going to replace cloud cover with mummy's rag to sacrifice some hp and speed for some faster atk speed.
