Archer/Hunter Help 99.99% Of Wynn Players Can't Use This Build

Just for those who always pondered if Stratiformis can negate that Statue walk speed and still do a lot of damage.

Build:
Helmet: Cumulonimbus
Requirements: high spell damage, high Speed, high air damage, low -strength and -defense
This helmet is going to give us a lot of damage (air & spell) and good amount of speed. -strength and defense won't matter much since we won't be using them but is nice to have more positive value since bombs are made of earth and fire and we kinda need them for more damage.

Chestplate: Boreal-Patterned Aegis
Requirements: Master Hive Voucher
Really nice defense, 2/4 mana regen, more speed, more air damage and some reflection. You can swap this out for a high agility high air damage and max walk speed Booster Plate but I'm going to use Boreal for the mana regen, health and defense.

Leggings: Air Sanctuary
Requirements: Beat the Corrupted Lost Sanctuary 7 times
Since health doesn't matter we might as well go for more damage here. The reason I didn't use Leictreach Makani is because of the high skill points requirement for dexterity, not forgot to mention the -mana regen.

Boots: Statue
Requirements: EXTREMELY LOW -walk speed, NEAR MAXED health bonus
The lower your speed the better your build same goes with health bonus. I have a -129% walk speed with max health bonus so I don't think is impossible to find one close to that.

Rings: Raging Wind x2
Requirements: High air damage, high speed, high agility
Speed and damage, also nice hp. You could use Diamond Steam Rings if you can't get a good Raging Wind but Raging wind is just better.

Bracelet: Prowess
Requirements: Beat that hive bitch again with another class
Skill points and hp.
Edit: You can use Squid Anklet for more mana regen if you have enough skill points.

Necklace: Diamond Steam Necklace
Requirements: fuk you Robo Yahya
Speed, really good agility and some air damage.

Skill Points:
You will have more than enough skill points here is what you invest it in:
Make your agility 150
Make your Int 68 for 50% spell reduction
Invest the rest in Dex or make your def positive.


Damage:
You are probably waiting for this.
Given everything is maxed, including Stratiformis.

Spell damage: 46%
Air Damage: 154%
Agility: 150
Dex: 33
Int: 68
Thunder Damage: 41%
Water Damage: 28%
Fire Damage: -10%
Earth Damage: -10%

You guys can calc it with Gale's or Warp @Rem-Rin but just remember to subtract Stratiformis' damage from above.

Bomb Arrow: 8473-14494 dex 10698-18300

Most important thing:
SPEED????
I'm just going to use my gear (86% ws Stratiformis + -129% ws Statue)
So with all the gears with max ws you get: 78%
My Stratiformis: 86%
My Statue: -129%
---------------------------------------------------------
Total Speed: 35%

Yep, I can still move around while doing 18k bomb, have 14k hp, and have 150 agility (80% dodge chance).
Also you have 10 slots you can use to strengthen your weak element.

Slider (With Air Powders) would work well here. (with a net of 1% ws)
