When I evaluate these items I will be subtracting the 25% from both stats since that is the Jester Set "Bonus".
#1 should be between 32-64 eb max, personally I feel a max roll on xp or loot bonus constitutes 1 le, not 2 below max loot (since I have gotten 5 or six of them) and -1% xp.
#2 should be between 32-50 eb max since the loot bonus is so low (-10) and xp bonus (7%) is more common on most armor items making loot bonus more popular.
#3 should be 24-48 eb since it is an okay all around Jester since +1% loot and -5% xp
#4 should be 24-44 eb since it is -3% loot bonus and 0% xp
#5 should be sold to the item buyer
#6 should be sold to the item buyer
#7 should be 32-48 since (again) loot bonus (+4%) is more popular than xp (-17%)

If you have any Jester with both stats at or over 25% then it is automatically worth 54eb or more. If you have a 30% on both stats it is worth 1 le no questions asked. If you have any max roll it is worth 1 le as well. If you have a jester with a max stat and +2/4 mana it is worth 1 le and maybe a few eb (like 5-10 eb [maybe]). Just having +2/4 mana is kinda worthless if the necklace is negative in loot bonus (unless the following happens). Anything I didn't list above and doesn't have either a max roll or +2/4 mana is probably garbage for the item buyer or to be sold for very little (since some people will still buy shit ones to complete a set and get the spell dmg or melee dmg + health [this was that following thing I mentioned if you didn't catch that]).

I think you should just focus on getting a character to lvl 100 before trying to sell stuff (I haven't either). You're going to have to play more of the game in order to learn how things are priced and what is good from bad.
