    No it isn't. The spell damage is way too bad for this item to go over 20LE. Nobody will buy this out with a stack. For your own profit, make the buyout a bit lower. Even 32LE is a very high buyout for this.
    The whole point of buyout is to get a bit of extra LE from someone who really wants the item.
