I cannot buy page 5 in my personal chest, after I click buy and my chest starts to lag and I have to leave it.

 

Go to the bug reports section. If your not on 1.12.2 already that is recommended

Have you tried buying the page without any mods (so just vanilla)?

 

I seem to have bought other pages without mods ...

 

I think Wynn Expansion is outdated, so while I doubt it's the cause of the issue you may want to stop using it since it might interfere with other mods.

I guess you can check to make sure you actually have enough emeralds?

Right now the bank and trade market seem to be kind of laggy, so that may also be why. I'd submit a bug report, as other people have suggested.

 

It may be a mod issue - try doing it without mods.

 

this is a compatibility issue with wynntils and WIM - you can fix it by disabling the wynntils 'confirmation for bank pages' setting in the config

also, as a heads up, wynnexpansion contains features that aren't allowed, so i would suggest removing it
