SPOILER 4th Province?

I know it's probably just Dern but anyways why would they boast about having 4 provinces when there is still a long time until that Dern comes out.

Maybe it's just that they also count Corkus and the Ocean as a province.

Anyways let me know what you think.

Wynn Gavel Fruma Dern

 

Well you are a warrior among the 4 provinces you came from Fruma and no one is staking claims for strongest warrior from dern so 4 provinces

 

Yeah Wynn and Gavel are provinces in lore, but Dern and Fruma haven't been released yet and they are the only other lore provinces we know of besides Bloomi.

 

Also, I do not believe that the Ocean counts as a province. As it has always been referred to as part of the province of Wynn. If the Ocean was a province, there would be more than 3 cities on it, and it would be referred to as "The Ocean" or something on the Wynn Map, however, it's simply just an area of Wynn

 

it is still weird that they boast about the Dern province if there is months if not years cough, cough *Gavel* until it comes out sooo... I find it very weird that they would boast about it even though that there is a long time until it comes out and Fruma has not even been publicly announced like the Dern province has.

The ocean is considered part of Wynn and a bit of it is considered part of gavel and maybe some part of Corkus.

 

As the others said, it's rather clear.

Wynn, Gavel, and Fruma are confirmed provinces. Dern is not technically a province but a "far off dark land" but in this sense, count it as the fourth province.

 

Bloomi is not a lore province. And there's only 2 in game rn so I don't know what you're talking about

 

The ocean is kinda like a no-mans land as i think Grian has said in one of his videos or stated on the forums.
The coean is just divided between the different provinces and just acts as a buffer you know kinda like how ocean work in real life with the atlantic ocean not really being a continent but just an area between to continents North america and Europe.

Corkus is not considered a province in the lore so i find it kinda odd that it is being considered a province in this contect though it still acts like a province with quest area and destinct area of the map considered Corkus area like a Wynn has it's mainland which is considered the wynn province.

It is still in the about section and i find it odd that they would promote "4 provinces" when some of them aren't even accesable.

 

tl;dr the ocean is owwned by noone and corkus is not a provvidence but wwants to be one

Yeah it is a no-mans land but still some of it a considered Wynn waters like the waters just outside of Nemract etc... if it's not i find that it would be really weird.

Pardon my mistake... so then yes, I would say Dern would be the 4th province.

 

They are kinda provinces gameplay wise with their own people etc...

But they aren't provinces at all. Corkus is an island and the ocean is... well... an ocean.

I know that they aren't lore wise, but kinda they have their own update and they have their own people and they have some of the other

 

Everyone is stupidly thinking that gavel took a year because of the size, have you forgot the 3d model update along with that? Making models took like a shit ton of work, the size is only half of the time it took, the rest is coding etc

Also they ""boast"" about it because there has to be a lore/story
