    would having 3 tier 5 earth powders on the same weapon convert all neutral damage to earth, since each powder has 39% neutral to earth conversion?

    If applied all at once yes, if you apply either 1 or 2, then the others you'll be left with a small amount of neutral damage still

    Same applies for any powder type if a weapon has enough slots for it

    I don't think it changes when you put them separetely or at the same time...

    how can i fill up all 3 powder slots, get an elemental abilities and still have neutral damage leftover, is that possible?
