Mage/Dark Wizard Help 2.0 mage Arcanist build help

Hello. I am looking for an arcanist spell spam build, A few spots I would like to hit are:
1. No mythics or crazy expensive items I am broke
2. Needs to have sustainable survivability(ehp, hpr, ls)
3. No LI but QH is fine
4. More than at least 50 mr

i just tested arcanist and i felt like it needs litte mana regen to work
with good int and spell costs, about 40mr should be enough
edit: only if you have manastorm

 

upon seeing this build i see how easily killable a casual arcanist is...

dmg isnt great, but it has ok survivability

 

Arcanist is low in dmg and sustain compare to riftwalker even light blender - riftwalker still have heal and light blender can still do some dmg thanks to ophanim

 

dude lightbender is so fun, also yeah it is strong
