We're pretty chill about this stuff, so if something changes, then whatever.
Share that mentality and it will all go smoothly.

- We prefer to trade in Detlas. It's just easier. if you're across the map, then just get to detlas before you ask to do the trade.
- You as the buyer must offer first unless there's a price listed. If you don't offer a price on an item that needs you to offer one, then You're an idiot and we're not responding to you.
- Reservations will be held for 3 days and are not renewable. After those 3 days, or whenever we wake up and change it, we don't care if you get it or if little Timmy around the block gets it.
- No fake offers/scamming. If you're going to take the time to comment on here to buy an item, at least make it worth it.
- Refunds are only within the first 24h of purchase. After that, you're gone. The only exception is if we messed up and gave you the wrong item.
- This is first come first serve to highest bidder. If someone offers a higher price than yours before it's sold to you, well guess what: now you're in a bidding war.
- If there's a price listed, the item will be bought from at least that value. Listed prices are not negotiable and may only increase if multiple people bid higher on the item to see who gets it.
- Our methods of trade and buying/selling or whatever are subject to change in the situation if we need to.
- If you are buying an item from a user other than us, then try to contact them first. Make sure we do still know you guys did the trade so we can take down the item.
