I can't tell what you're referring to since there are some interesting things in that picture, but "blocks walked" has been broken since 2014.

I don't know how this app works, but since he hasn't finished king's recruit, how can he be that level (maybe it combines all other classes). Don't you have to complete it to be able to play wynn

I know someone who managed to skip king's recruit... but I don't know if it was a glitch or something... this was pre-gavel btw

You can use player riding pre gavel to get out of there.
Also correct me if I'm wrong but you don't have to speak with the king, you can just walk out of the door and start exploring

 

no there's a quest barrier, me and some other guys actually tried bypassing it, /kill doesn't work either. Haven't tested scrolls, if you got someone to give you a Bob tear and Ragni Scroll you could technically exit Ragni with the easter egg that teleports you to an area outside the map and try using a Ragni scroll in there, as it won't let you use it while in town.
