I have a couple thoughts.
While Uber bosses are a cool idea, random players that see a shout aren't all gonna pull up discord and communicate perfectly.
If it takes 30 tries, you're gonna need a soul point revamp in order to not lose your motivation while playing this if it is implemented.
Fabled and mythic items are cool and all, but if there are too many of them, Legendaries and crafted items will fall into obsolescence for the endgame, like uniques and most rares have, and players that don't play all the time won't be competitive.
If the boss fights take massive portions of time, this also limits it to only gamers that either don't have jobs or school or don't sleep.
In terms of communication, all world bosses may not have this level of difficulty for communication. However, if it does, then you don't always need to hop into discord and into a VC to get this done effectively. Most of our runs was completely reliant on each of us knowing what spells the boss was casting (You can see it above on the Boss bar) and knowing what we had to do for them, so a good portion of it is just knowing what to do if you want to succeed.
I do agree that Soul Point loss may need to be changed for World Bosses only, perhaps like -1 on death to a world boss. However, there's usually a good amount of players who have SP bombs and may use them during the fights if they need to.
The loot is subjective and I don't know what the bosses would drop in particular, but for its difficulty it should be fairly rewarding. At least some emeralds or loot equivalent to a more bountiful Daily Objective chest would feel good, or perhaps even shop tokens which you can use to buy specific items.
During most runs, this boss took between 8-14 minutes. It's mainly dependent on how many people stay alive and how much DPS you have. Take for instance the run in the video. If more people died, the fight would've been much slower.

The thing is, it probably won't even be that overkill, looking at this boss.

Honestly I want mythics to be obtained through a test of skill and power rather than winning the chest lottery so I'm all into this idea if this means mythics are obtained through this instead of hoping the game blesses you with luck

But then you got people complaining that it's either too hard, or that it's too easy, and now mythic prices drop to fabled ones, causing the destruction of the economy. Again.
Make them untradable
Now they literally cannot affect the economy because you can't do anything with them except for keeping them.
And make sure it is hard so people still have to put effort into getting them
Then A: it's like every boring RPG ever "this rare item..." Except they are MYTHIC. Spoken about only in MYTHS. So why would the mythics be easily available to anyone who wants to do a quest?
Sorry if I sound annoyed, I just couldn't think of any other way to phrase it without sounding like more of a rude little wynncrafter.
Why would the mythics be carried by a random slime?
You mean in an obscure chest you get fighting through a bunch of mobs? Or would you rather get an item literally everyone that has killed a bunch of mobs/helped someone find some random mushrooms? An item that literally everyone has is not really 'mythic' anymore.
I'm not gonna continue ruining Nova's thread with our disagreement, so yeah.
+1, nova's work is amazing, especially when he makes this stuff by himself, raid bosses in any way or form should be added into wynn. I think these world bosses would be similar in player activity with like dungeon parties, which is a rlly good thing.
