13-21 Tier III or IV Loot Chests?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an item that can only spawn in tier III or IV chests between the levels of 13-21, but I can't find any in this level range. Does anyone know any?

 

you could also buy it off the trade market in detlas or simply just get another item and move on to higher levels to get a better item than spend time looking for a lvl 20 item

 

At map.wynncraft.com you can see the game map. Each cave is labeled by a cave marker, and t3/4 loot chests generally primarily spawn at the end of caves. The caves will generally (not always) match the level of the area they are in. I hope this is helpful!

actually, it's level 17, but...its either Bejeweled Bracelet, Asher's Relic, or Diet since those are the only items at level 17 (range 13-21) that only drop from t3 or t4 chests.
I presume it's Asher's Relic because its on meta gear for leveling in morph builds.
just buy it off of TM it's prob not that expensive
