Mage/Dark Wizard 105 mage looking for a lr and tna build

I have around 4 stacks of LE atm and have a major problem dealing with Warps negative health and mana regens. I just got back into the game after a bit of a break so I would like some help with a build for lootrunning and a build for TNA. I am not trying to spend too much but if I have too I will.

Personally I don't know much about lootrun so....

 

lightbender is effectively unusable in lootruns due to lack of crowd control.
The build is fine though

 

got it so just ignore the Lightbender one use the arcanist

heal & manastorm will help with negative hpr & low mana regen
