    1.20.3 - Hotfix #2:
    - Fixed various abusable issues with Raids
    - Fixed an issue with the Hero of Gavel quest
    - Lowered the level requirement for the Stable Story quest to 13
    Ever since we've updated the level range in a past update, this quest stood out even more as it was level 30-ish in a level 15-ish area. The early level 10s are also when content starts being farther and farther away so it made more sense to give a horse at this level range than in the 30s.
    - Fixed various abusable issues with the /use and scrap menu (this was pushed a few days ago)
    - Fixed a bug with Guild Objectives where the reset time and the warning countdown weren't synced properly
    - Fixed a bug in wars where players could stand in certain areas and not get hit by attacks
    - Added a new animation when scraping cosmetic rewards (this was pushed a few days ago)
    - Fixed a bug where opening crates while in a war could bring you back to the war after dying
    - Fixed a visual bug where naming Territory Loadouts to the name of an item could show an unidentified box icon
    - Improved texture pack loading. If you switch servers by going through the lobby, you won't have to load the pack a second time (this was pushed a few days ago)
    - Added more pet dialogues
    - When connecting to Wynncraft, it will now put you instantly in the best-recommended server for you. You can use lobby.wynncraft.com to connect to the lobby instead. (this was pushed a few days ago)

    It will take 7-9h before the hotfix is live on every server.

    big QOL, makes a lot of sense to have access to horses earlier on!

    I feel like doing raids would still be more profitable, but maybe stable story any% will start to pop up

    since the level req for stable story is lowered to level 13, would the mobs in that quest be also lowered to level 13-ish?

    I can confirm they are. I forget the exact numbers, but Albert has about a fourth of the health he had originally, as do all the other mobs there (including Betty so she doesn't legit just oneshot everything).
    On an unrelated note, the world that was updated also crashed so I now have this cursed screenshot.

    Now drastically decrease the price of horses so that white horses aren't a scam anymore

    I have some profession quests that I'm not a high enough level for but I completed them prior to them becoming prof-based, so i have the same thing
