1.19 Resource Pack Download?

Every time a new update (along with a new texture pack) comes out, just redo this process, it's really not too difficult: https://forums.wynncraft.com/threads/how-to-install-the-wynncraft-official-texture-pack.255268/.

 

pretty much, if you dont want to read a long thread:
go into game, accept download of resource pack
%appdata%->server resource packs
cut the freshest one with a ton of numbers and letters
copy it into resource pack folder
rename to <something>.zip (<something> can be whatever you want, .zip is important)
