1.18 Music Transitions

Hey there!

So the 1.18 economy update for Wynncraft just launched, and I've been playing a little bit. So far, I really love the update! The new mining, fishing, woodcutting, and farming, mechanics seem really cool!

But I'm here to talk about something not many people really talk about. The music of Wynncraft. I love the soundtrack for this server. But something I've never been a fan of is how a lot of times I don't get a chance to hear the music. Either it just decides not to play for one reason or another, or another song is playing, and it has to finish first.

But since the 1.18 update, I've noticed a change. Every time I enter an area with a song not already playing, it starts playing immediately! I love this change so much! Now I can actually hear all of the amazing music this server has to offer! Thanks Wynncraft team, keep up the good work!

 

Yeah it's such an underrated change, just like the Wynn ost in general. Will definitely make the world way better, hearing the Last Stand while chilling in Detlas certainly wasnt the best

 

I can't believe how much I wanted this, haha.

 

Now unlocking The Great Bridge discovery on new classes will be 10x better with that E P I C music.

 

Yeah when I noticed this it was one of the most subtle yet beautiful changes in Wynn. Really gives that rpg vibe that you are "changing zones" due to the transition.

 

The best transition is that moment in Kings Recruit when you run to the castle

 

These are quite nice, although I'll miss being able to hear the desert music in Almuj.

The Great Bridge music during the King's Recruit cutscenes was pretty interesting too.
