Also if you didn't get your VIP+ ingame you should mail to [email protected] and I think you have to tell them your transaction code.

Huh? Why did you post that? Was there a comment that got deleted? Why would you have to give someone money?
You dont need to have money for a ban appeal. And an email account is free as well. You should just do what I told you in my previous message.
Oh and I forgot something. When you are writing your ban appeal tag the moderator who banned you.

 

I have no idea what you're trying to say, but from what I can format from the response is that this is suppose to be a ban appeal, if it is do what every one above has told you and do in the proper section gl.
