There is a species of jellyfish called Turritopsis Dohrnii, otherwise known as The Immortal Jellyfish, that can be found in the Mediterranean and the waters around Japan. When the jellyfish reaches old age or is sick, it can revert back to the polyps stage (youngest stage of jellyfish) through a cell process called transdifferentiation. It can do this infinitely, thus, rendering the jellyfish biologically immortal.

How cool is that?!

How you would get a tank into the ocean? If you did, I'm not sure how the explosive rounds would travel through water, as they were designed for air.

Why not use a submarine equipped with torpedoes?
