All parkour is easy... I whould reconmend playing on a practice parkour server. Most jumps are not hard they are just 1 or 2 block jumps

When you have 130 ws already with lvl 40 archer and then 160 more with this potion....
I crafted a lvl 29 helmet with all 3 star materials with+ 59% thunder damage but the only downside it had and I found it out after I crafted it...
Just try a lot of stuff out that you have and just use the stuff you like and enjoy try to make your build really complement each other.... also...
