i personally wouldn't even bother trying to 100% mini-quests, they mainly exist to provide a boost in xp to players who are stuck and want to level up.
same goes for caves, though lootruns can be fun.

its like, the choices you choose affects the actual story but if you wanna redo your choices, there's like a different quest involving tempo town (cause you can turn back time there). you can play the quest again. its like the reclaiming your memories thing that gives you access to ability resets but this time its a time travel stone used in time valley.
