2 cups pasta, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 ½ cups milk, 1 ⅔ cup extra sharp cheddar cheese, ⅓ ¼ cup gruyere cheese, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp garlic powder, ⅛ tsp ground nutmeg, ¼ tsp Worcestershire sauce, ¼ tsp cayenne, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp cajun, ¼ tsp salt, ⅛ tsp black pepper. Fill a medium pot with water and bring it to a boil, after this cook your pasta until aldente as directed on the box. Drain the pasta and then melt the butter in the same pot over medium heat, make sure to not brown or burn it. Add flour and stir until smooth. Pour in milk 1/2 cup at a time, stirring until smooth before pouring in the next 1/2 cup. Once all milk is in, again stir until smooth. Add in the extra sharp cheddar cheese and gruyere cheese. Stir until smooth. Add in cumin, garlic powder, ground nutmeg, worcestershire sauce, cayenne, paprika, cajun, salt, and black pepper. Then stir until all spices are dispersed evenly. Combine cheese sauce with pasta. Stir until evenly dispersed. Serve and eat.
