don't know what's your issue exactly, but maybe ask @colin350 / @Pretzule about this issue? They're handling the support emails... sorry if you already did tho, maybe there's a reason why it takes this long for them to sort it out. :P
Can't even participate in DXP weekend. I hope support replies soon now that the problems are sorted out... almost two weeks of waiting.
- Emailed support 13 days ago - There was something going on in the back end so they couldn't get to anyone - It's resolved now but there's a TON of emails to go through
