    Cybel is a pain in the ass and takes 110% concentration all the time so you can outdamage his regen. Before that you do not really need potions at all, at Cybel you need crap tons of them. Dr. Legendary is easy too.
    
    And yeah I heard about the nerf, wowz who saw that coming. :D
