These all feel like rather loaded questions, but I'd be very surprised. The 13th amendment outlawed slavery and in the unlikely event that he made such a statement it would alarm most of his supporters. The amendment was a direct result of the Union victory in the civil war,

and in saying he wanted to repeal it Trump would basically be implying that the country might have been better off had the South won the war and had kept slavery legal. Really, it would be a bad tactical move on his part, and he's too smart to do that.

I don't really think so- the purpose of a democracy is for people to be ABLE to express their opinions. If they feel they have a moral obligation not to vote (which frankly I think is stupid, but it's still their opinion) then forcing people to vote is akin to making them vote for a candidate they do not want.

Or at least have their be fines/other repercussions for refusing to vote? Because places like Greece fine those who don't, and other countries do similar things.

Requiring people to vote is not a good idea. People can choose not to vote if they want to, and forcing them to do so against their will sounds slightly tyrannical.
