      I don't know whether or not you are serious with these statuses. I know for a fact that I never felt the need to air it online.
      But if you are, and I am not judging you here, seek professional help. I understand, if you're for real, the feeling. It's a terribly scary reaction their brain has; it happens when pain exceeds resources for coping with pain.
      And I've been there.

        I didn't want to have those thoughts. I didn't want to die. It just felt like the only option.
        Yet, I'm around to write you this message. Yet, you were around to write yours.

        This tells me that even if you've really made those attempts, you don't actually want this. So seek the help you need. There's no shame in it. Make it so your pain is less, and your resources for coping with it higher.
