Sand Glass Thingies

How do I acquire Hourglass Sand to bring back to Lil?

 

You can get them at Selchar. There is an hourglass over there that naturally drops sand. Collect a good amount of them and get back.
I'd recommend to have a scroll back to Detlas, just so you don't have to to go back in a boat.
Also, if you can't get up to the sand, stand in front of the entrance, to the right hand, there is a ladder leading up.
