Unknown Puzzle/ Might Be Broken

recently I was exploring Wynn Craft I found that there are many hidden dungeons with puzzle, now I found another but it seems to be unknown or at least not on the wiki.
-anyway there is puzzle I've tried many different combination with the buttons but nothing seems to be not working( its water puzzle I think) but the water isn't flowing down so wondering what the community think of it.

That's odd. I just played around with that puzzle, and everything seems to be working. :(

 

It's most likely fixed in the build server for Gavel.

 

hmm odd maybe its graphic glitch on my end as well since sometimes I can't see some of the enemies

Mmm, which means that it could potentially stay broken until release...but I think you're right in saying it's a problem at xXtoonamiXxs end.

Just because that broken ass puzzle the ocean dungeon is the hardest dungeon in wynncraft.

And im not even kidding.

 

Water isn't updating in the main server, only on the build server. So you can't see the water flowing...
It's a known bug, but idk if the devs even trying to fix it.

It is working on the build server because @SageGuilds has rebuilt the back-end, the redstone, of the puzzle. There was a discussion about this before 9/7, that I'm not going looking for, however Sage and I had a private conversation about this a while ago. There were two problems that were actually occurring. First, as @Lotem pointed out, water is updating on the build server, but not on the game server. That means that there must be some conflict between the game code and whatever code is being used on the build server. Second, because of the extremely fast rate of MC updating and cache clearing (visible with F3), and a huge drop in FPS when looking towards the puzzle versus looking away from it, I was fairly certain that an old bug in redstone timing was present - one that causes certain redstone circuits, most notably piston timing, to do very weird things.

The problem has been reported, and is being tracked, on GitHub, also.

 

If it is the Ocean Dungeon puzzle, then there's a tiny "cheat" to get past it, just spam the start button, it'll sort itself out eventually (don't press anything else but the Start button
