Is There Pvp In This Game?

I'm wondering what you do when you finish leveling up.

 

If you want to pvp, you can go to the nether. You can find it near the amnesia tower, or you can go into the lobby and click on the sign. (But in the nether, sometimes there will be nobody or high levels like 60+ so watch out there ^^)

 

I literally facepalmed when i saw this thread.

Ever heard of duelling or the nether?
Ofcourse there's pvp! The chat even tells you every once in a while!

 

Is this like a open WPVP zone? Also how do most people chat in game? I tried talking to some players next to me but they ran away.

Another question, how does housing work in this server? Do you pick a spot and just start building? Do people focus on housing at all? What do most people do at max level?

Ah yes I saw dueling, but I didn't actually play enough to see the part about the nether. Why facepalm? I'm brand new! And there wasn't any info in the Wiki from what I could find...

 

We do not have housing here. I am rather sure we never really will, because...

The chat works like if you are withing about 20-30 blocks from someone else, they can see what you're saying. Usually Detlas, the town in the middle of the map, is full of chatty people ;D

 

Sigh... Im just not used to this many newbies on the forums.

 

Rule #1 of MMOs: One does not simply finish leveling up.

 

What the Nether is in a nutshell: Kill teh skrubz in teh nether 2 get moar $w4g d3n them

 

There's no open/free pvp, but there's dueling and the nether.

Things to do after levelling:

• Quit
• Do Nether stuff
• Collect
• Sell
• Quit
• Explore
• Join a guild
• Make friends
• Quit
• Wait for Gavel
• Get full endgame
• Quit
• Quit

Yeah, you go to the nether, and you begin the bloodbath.

 

you dont really umm finish the game, build a house, or have open PvP.... so your question is pretty much useless...

I'm actually a big fan of the player housing concept from SAO and ArcheAge. Please don't diss it. Minecraft is the best game FOR player housing. :(

There's two types of PvP

Duel: 1v1. Classic PvP

Nether: FFA. No buffs(Mana steal, Health steal, .....), fair damage(Also... you can kill players with depressing weapons XD), fair defence(Armors do nothing in nether.), no horse, infinity soul points, ranking system.
