Being the Festival of the Spirits, it might be interesting to meet the spirits of dead friends from quests at locations important to them or where they died, like Afelis, Axelus, Aledar et cetera. For Afelis, if the player has seen Afelis' death before, they appear at a random city they used to be at, lost, confused and not aware that they have died
After talking to them at any city and looking away for some time, they disappear and move to another city, and after talking to them 3 times they are permanently at Gelibord at their grave with their memory restored
If you tell them that the kids made it back to Gelibord safely, they can move on
Axelus can be found in Maex, and must be first taken to meet Tirack in Rodoroc, then New Taloka while King Draani is not there, and then after he speaks with Chieftain Paku and feels ready can go to New Taloka when King Draani is there, after which he can move on
Aledar can be found nowhere. You can check the tombstone in the Leaves base, but all it tells you is “He’s not here. You know that. He’s gone. Completely, utterly, forever. And it’s all your fault.” And why would he appear to his murderer even if he could escape EO?
You may remind yourself of this at any time at that tombstone.
Thanks to Crispin for making most of this btw

I don't think death in the Wynncraft universe works in a way that allows this, though all the information given thus far is of dubious canonicity (this being the Beyond the Grave quest, the Banish the Beyond festival game, and the ghost-themed Spirits Fest scavenger hunt). For the case of Aledar specifically, his soul was entirely destroyed - this confirmed by telling Tasim about it at the Festival of the Heroes - so you would not be able to encounter any kind of ghost of him.
